FPL GW4 Fixture Difficulty Ratings (25/26)
This is a roundup of the FPL fixture difficulty ratings going into GW4 of the 25/26 season.
Hardest Fixtures GW4
The StrikeEngine Fixture Difficulty tool has Burnley, Villa, Brentford and West Ham (in that order) having the hardest GW4 fixtures.
The hardest fixtures over the next 5 game weeks, West Ham, Wolves, Villa and surprisingly, Newcastle.
Bournemouth, Forest and Arsenal on the Newcastle fixture list and the fact Newcastle haven’t won in the first three games explains this rating.
Best Fixtures GW4
At the other end, the teams with the easiest GW4 fixtures according to StrikeEngine FPL are Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea and Spurs in that order. Everton might be a surprise but they are off to a good start.
Over the next 5 game weeks Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool have the easiest fixtures followed by Everton, Bournemouth, Sunderland. Sunderland might be a surprise here but they have won two out of their first three games, granted against weak opponents and this may make their chances look slightly better than it actually is.
Transfers to Avoid
West Ham looked great against Forest, but I think it’s to early to say if this is the start of a trend. Forest defensively not great.
Villa, Wolves not great starts either so probably stay away for now. And Newcastle don’t have an easy run so avoid them for now also.
Teams with Opportunity
Everton off to a strong start and their fixtures are good so worth a look.
Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs look decent and with decent runs coming up.
GW4 Fixture Difficulty Summary
It’s still early in the season to rely to heavily on statistics. League positions can still change a lot in a single week. Having said that there seems to be some solid teams to target (Chelsea, Liverpool) and teams to avoid (Wolves, Villa).
