Aluminum Radiator Manufacturers

Arc
Performance proven by the highest levels of racing, 100% manufacturing in house allows the perfect matching of fin pitch of the outer fin to fine tune each application. Pursuit of a heat exchanger which corresponds to the demand of a high performance engine.

Pursue of heat exchange to correspond with high performance engine. Development of Heat Exchanger to correspond with the high performance engine. ARC developed the new process of manufacturing super micro tube by the latest technology, and materialized 27.5% higher efficiency against conventional type of aluminum radiator. As a result, our aluminum radiator showed the efficiency of heat exchange for not only in race use but also for street use.

Set up of essential series for various engines depending on the specifications. Actualized to control and stabilize water temperature. Once the sensor of water temperature gives a signal of over heating, an engine will show retardant. Under such condition, a performance of the engine will not be obtained, and in the worst case a trouble will occur and may cause damage. Stabilization of water temperature is essential to avoid troubles, and in order to ensure the performance of engine, it is important to increase an efficiency of radiator and it is very effective for tune up.

Blitz
Complementing the line of high-performance upgrades and intercooler kits, Blitz “LM (Last Modified) Aluminum Radiators” are designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure.

Blitz LM Aluminum Radiators are light-weight, high-heat transferring aluminum – featuring a “tube-fin” design that dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently, the Blitz LM Radiator is 40% more efficient than stock.

Complete with polished upper/lower end tanks, Blitz Radiator Cap, and Temperature-Sensor Port, the Blitz LM Aluminum Radiator`s are aesthetically appeasing and a direct bolt-on application.

Docking
Aluminum Water Radiators - Made to order using our standard or specialist cores to suit your application. Both tube and fin or bar and plate cores are available with a choice of tube and fin pitches. Our manufacturing system allows us the flexibility to produce performance aluminium radiator cores with a flow length of up to one metre in a variety of height, depth and tube combinations.

Forge Motorsport
We are dedicated in applying our wealth of knowledge and technical expertise, gained through years of research and development, to create products that deliver the highest level of quality.

Koyo
Lightweight high performance radiators provide the key to maximum engine performance. Koyorad's experience in developing superior performance radiator products is proud to present K-Sport performance radiators, off the shelf or custom made.

Mishimoto
Aluminum Radiator - Whether you're a daily driver searching for a dependable quality upgrade from your current OEM radiator, or you're a devoted racer who needs a lightweight, high-performance radiator, Mishimoto has just what you're looking for. Many drivers overlook the importance of having a high-quality aluminum radiator installed, yet it is one of the most important components in your vehicle's engine. Mishimoto performance radiators are designed to efficiently reduce the heat from vital areas. Made with 100% brazed aluminum for a clean OEM fit, our performance aluminum radiators ensure excellence and a lifetime of efficient cooling. Perfect for any turbocharged, supercharged, or nitrous-oxide engine. Check out our silicone hose kits and aluminum fan shrouds both make a perfect match with our aluminum radiators

Pace Products
Pace Products was founded by ex-Lotus Chief Mechanic David Lazenby over 20 years ago, producing a range of high performance aluminium dry sump oil pumps for the motorsport industry.

Over the years new products have been added to the range, and an in-house machining facility was added to establish quality machining.

The oil pump side of the business now produces specialised oil pumps and complete dry sump systems for a wide range of customers and vehicles.

In the late 1980's, while doing turbo charger conversions, we started producing our own intercoolers because it was very hard to find exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. After doing this for a while, it was recognised that there was a demand for aluminium intercoolers and aluminum radiators, so we decided to stop conversions and concentrate on radiator and intercooler cores.

It took 3 years to develop the technology to manufacture aluminium intercooler cores, and over the years the process has been refined with alternate core widths being introduced.

We now manufacture in-house cores with widths ranging from 18mm up to 86mm thick, and can produce aluminum radiator and intercooler cores up to 500mm stack height and 1000mm in length.
We supply cores to customers exact requirements and have a pool of skilled TIG welders producing complete bespoke aluminium radiators and intercoolers.

Our latest leap in technology is to be able to curve and taper performance water radiators, thus allowing us to assist the high performance motorcycle market with their cooling problems.

Pro Alloy
All pro alloy cores are manufactured utilising the latest in Alloy brazing technology.
All joints between the header plates and cooling tubes, and the cooling tubes to the fins are Alloy brazed to ensure maximum strength and thermal conductivity and are manufactured to comply with iso 9001 quality assurance standards.
Our Advisors have a broad experience in the manufacture and design of cooling systems and we will be happy to advise you when designing your own.
Our technitians have the skils to manufacture even the most complicated end tank shapes to the highest standards- all hand crafted and T.I.G welded.
we can also supply components for your cooling system such as high pressure caps, alloy pipe work,
