Odyssey
The combination of extreme power and performance makes ODYSSEY® batteries perfect for a range of applications, including auto/LTV, marine, commercial, racing and powersports. ODYSSEY batteries deliver twice the overall power and three times the life of conventional batteries!

The Odyssey battery ingeniously uses absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology to offer, in one box, the characteristics of two separate batteries. It can deep cycle as well as provide enormous cranking power.

These batteries are capable of providing engine cranking pulses in excess of 2250A for 5 seconds as well as 400 charge/discharge cycles to 80% depth of discharge (DOD). A typical starting, lighting and ignition (SLI) battery can do one or the other, but not both.

Odyssey batteries will do both – provide short duration high amperage pulse or low rate long duration drains.

Optima
OPTIMA® is a trademark of Johnson Controls (JCI) and is available worldwide.

The wound cell technology of OPTIMA® Batteries was first used in 1969 for the US space programme to power the Lunar Rover. In 1972 this technology was bought by Gates Rubber, and in 1983 the firm began to develop it for automotive applications. The Gylling Group of Scandinavia bought OPTIMA® in 1994, opening a factory a year later in Colorado. In 2000 OPTIMA® was acquired by Johnson Controls. In 2007 JCI laid the foundation stone for a new production site in Monterrey, Mexico, enabling it to keep pace with global demand.

Today, OPTIMA® batteries are repeatedly proving their importance in a variety of applications. These include car racing, off-road and 4×4 vehicles, marine sport, leisure vehicles, military generators, cleaning equipment, emergency vehicles, construction vehicles, agricultural machinery, mobile generators, uninterrupted power supply, electrical vehicles, and many more.

Racing Batteries
Racing Batteries was created out of a desire to go faster by saving weight. As soon as we saw the weight saving potential of the latest developments in lithium battery technology, we started developing a range of batteries for motorsport applications. We’ve been testing them in the lab and on our own vehicles, developing our routes to market around the world and continuously improving the product ever since.

How does a 10Kg weight saving sound? You won’t believe how small and light our batteries are.

We offer some of the lightest batteries you’ll find anywhere, using the most robust, reliable and proven technology available. We offer batteries to suit all applications, from starter batteries (for bike engined cars to V12s and everything in between) to total loss units and tiny datalogger batteries.

Our batteries will charge from an alternator or a standard bike charger, and will outlive a lead acid battery if they’re looked after properly. And with a manufacturer’s warranty, what do you have to lose (apart from a few kilos)?
