EV CO2 Calculator – Get the *REAL* Grams/Mile Figure

It’s said a lot that EVs emit zero CO2. Which of course is not correct. The EV CO2 Calculator below calculates the CO2 emissions involved in powering an EV using the average amount of CO2 emitted per KWH of energy production, the capacity of the vehicle battery, the percentage battery charge & the distance travelled on this charge.
The numbers indicate the actual amount of CO2 emitted to power the electric vehicle.
The EV CO2 calculator does not make a judgement on whether a gas which is essential for life on earth (or to quote Wikipedia “the primary carbon source for life on Earth”) is good or bad and/or at what level of that gas in the atmosphere would be bad or good.
