Personally I think the title of the video is extremely harsh.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the Blackberry KEY2, rather it does not suit what Louise wants from a phone.

I am sure there are people out there who want a keyboard on the phone permanently and they are prepared to live with a smaller screen.

The camera lacking quality is an issue though….
